Location is great, within close proximity to BCS, GBM and A2 food court. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a barber shop at the hotel lobby which is convenient and nice for boys'/men's hair cut.

Travelling to Batam and staying in Nagoya area(Peniun) is our main purpose to experience and recall our 1960s enivornment. To have breakfast in Kopitiam is great. We like the simple and authentic food served. We do also enjoy our delicious seafood and dishes serve by OKELA Garden. Massage price is very reasonable and will recommend more friends to stay at this area.

Proximity to A2 foodcourt, Penuin Market, BCS & GBM. Friendly and helpful staff. All the basic necessity are provided for. Able to check in around noon, 2 hours earlier. Will definitely return to this hotel in future.

The location. Near to cheap food stalls and also near to convenient store. Just walk distance to 2 big malls. Easy to get grab at here

Very good location. Easily accessible to shopping centres and food. Massage was comfortable and price reasonable. Most importantly the locals are very helpful and friendly, especially the service people.
